In order to stay productive and focus on goals you want to achieve you must first realize that anger is unavoidable and that it’s not just ok to get angry but it’s actually healthy. The trick is to identify when your nearing anger and control its direction into a positive path of productivity. Anger is a great motivator when properly harnessed. This can create needed fuel that one needs to take on overwhelming obstacles such as preparing for a federal prison sentence.
