Trump's Meaningless Ceasefire with Turkey in Syria

Donald Trump announced yesterday that VP Mike Pence had successfully brokered a ceasefire with President Erdogan of Turkey to pause the latest phase of the war in Syria. This deal however is totally unworkable as it gives the Turks the safe zone that the Kurds and Assad are fighting to stop. This ceasefire will never hold.
