Grounding Day 45 - it’s the little things.

Today I took my morning walk in the fresh cut yard. As I was walking I started to think about all of the neat things I have seen on my walks. I feel like I am more observant now or maybe it’s just that I have slowed down enough to notice the little things. Things like caterpillars, butterflies, tiny frogs, snakes and gorgeous flowers. As I notice these things I take a moment to stop and appreciate it for what it is.
