What is the difference between Emotion and Passion?

Why we do what we do is a Tony Robbins TED Talk. According to Tony Robbins it's emotion and using the right emotion leads to success! In reality it's exactly the opposite. Emotion will have a detrimental effect on your growth curve. Passion is what drives growth. If you are passionate about something success will follow sooner or later. Passion comes from within. It's about you enjoying the activity you are involved in and it is constant.
