pfsense Wireless Access Point AP mode Atheros onboard network card Sophos UTM wifi router

I wanted to experiment with pfsense and sophos utm to see if I could make an old computer into a wireless router. If you want to try this I suggest getting an Qualcomm Atheros based card. I'm running a 9280 chip. Most intel wireless chipset only work in Client mode. I was able to get to work in both. Sophos support 5GHZ and Pfsense does not.
