Make your own probiotic culture, no starters, no pills or capsules
***here what you need and how to do it, super easy, super healthy:

1 cup of any fruit combo you like, I am using mostly pineapple peels here.
2 TBPS raw honey (Fermenting raw honey remove carbs, sugars & calories)
400ml pure water
Mix well, leave on counter for 3 days or until you see lots of bubble forming
Then pour the fermented liquid in a flip top bottle and put in the fridge for a few days, the longer u leave in the fridge the fizzier will become.
