Mental illness is extremely complicated to understand and today’s stats are a reminder that depression is increasing at an alarming rate in our society.

-Every 40 seconds, one person dies by suicide.
-Too high of a % will use a firearm.
-For each person who died by suicide, there are 20 more attempting suicide; that’s one every 2 seconds.

Suicide is preventable.
