COPWATCH. 3 SUV's and 5 Cops For A "Drinking in Public" Call. Salem Mass.

I was downtown Salem on September 30th when I call came in through the radio for two male parties drinking in public. The police had made contact before I got there, while I was walking up on scene the third SUV part of the "community impact unit" came rolling up. It seems as if there was an illegal confiscation of one of these gentlemen's unopened beers. Check out the whole interaction!!
