O.J.'s "Not Guilty" Verdict: Whites and Blacks Debate (1995)

Parts 1, 2, and 3 combined, originally produced October 13, 1995, The Jesse Peterson Show: Guest John Scott discusses and debates O.J. Simpson's "Not Guilty" verdict in the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman — the jury was mostly black. John engages with Jesse and several other guests: Doyle Walker, Marcus from BOND, Martin, and more men and women. They also have a Q&A among guests and the live audience, including a couple of Asian / Pacific Islander ladies. They compare OJ's case to the Rodney King Trials up in Simi Valley, in which officers were acquitted of charges of excessive force (liberals like to call it "police brutality") by a mostly white jury — resulting in the 1992 L.A. riots. They talk about prejudice, racism, suspicion, and all of that.
