SV Ramble On | Why is Our Engine Overheating?

Ever since we got stuck on that shoal under the Antioch Bridge in July our engine has overheated if we run it more than 30 minutes or so. We thought maybe we sucked up a bunch of sediment when the tow boat had to dig a hole for us with his engines. So we realized we had to dive in and try to figure out what was causing the engine to overheat. After all this work, we're still not sure what the culprit was, but our engine hasn't overheated since.
