MP Martin Shields : Committee met to investigate the use of spyware by the RCMP

The Ethics committee met to investigate the use of spyware by the RCMP, but the meetings revealed more staggering information such as the increasing use of spyware by agencies like CSIS, and CSE, and the monitoring of elected officials. This must be investigated fully.
