Tweaking and optimising 'PeppermintMG-Jammy'....

If you have taken the leap and installed this spin. I can confirm that all but the 'web-browser' selection tool works 100% in the settings panel. I describe the addition of Linuxmint 'Vanessa' repository, that will give access to a plethora of great tools. In particular, I describe here how to replace the none functioning 'ice' SSB tool with the 'web-app' tool providing similar functionality that WILL work with a 'Chromium' snap install. I couldn't get 'ice' to integrate any 'snap' browser install.
