Howdy folks! In this video, I outline the importance of Mental Hygiene and what its all about. Mental Hygiene is a vital pillar of health. Practices include but are not limited too...EFT, HeartMath, Meditation, Subconscious Reprogramming, etc. Having a messy mind leads to stress and as we all know..."stress kills". Many of us emphasis nutrition, exercise, and physical hygiene practices such as brushing of the tooth and/or rub-a-dub-dub showertime. BUT...how many of us focus time each day on our mental hygiene? Its a bit under-emphasized in society. Luckily, we are all capable of optimizing our minds which will manifest a healthier, wealthier, and more fulfilling life! You are more powerful than you even realize. Focusing on both mind and body are paramount!
