Low Barrier Housing- “No Mandates” - 🤔 oh Really????

Listen to what this representative of notoriously problematic “low barrier” housing funding in Butte County has to say about our (often criminal) non-tax-paying segment of the population having zero accountability and “NO LEGAL MANDATES”. Think about the mandates that our hard working, law abiding, first responders (Military, fire fighters, EMTs, Paramedics, law enforcement, pilots, hospital /health care workers) along with our teachers, flight attendants, truck drivers, college students and kids in public schoolsetc. had to deal and and comply with illegal and non sensical mandates-or were threatened and PUNISHED by getting fired, doxxed and humiliated- banished from society - for not complying with arbitrary dictats - diametrically opposed to science and truth itself.
