Thinking about going key less with keypad entry locks!?

I hate dealing with keys all the time and changing locks. I've decided to try these keyless locks out on my properties.
Update: It has now been almost a year since I have installed these locks on majority of my rentals and so far so good! tenants seem to like them as well. Much easier to go over and change codes for tenants when they no longer want someone to have a key and we don't have to change out locks when someone moves!
