Nutter in the Wood's - Believe's she can block public lands

On 09/22/2019 we ran into a crazy women in the Pike National Forest off of Rampart Range Rd South of Mt Herman Rd. The trail is FR314.B and it's a dead end which we all knew but it goes back to a view from what I recall and I wanted a picture of the Beta 500 RR-S at the end with the view.

As you can see in the video there were two logs blocking the way with a piece of notebook paper with words attached to the log with thumbtacks. I cross the log, and for safety of others that maybe riding I got off my motorcycle and removed the logs from the roadway I also removed the litter (sign) from the log and packed it out.

As I was doing this you could hear a loud voice (doesn't get captured on the video mic) the lady was too far away. She was screaming that it's a dead end and that we are not allowed back there. She also seemed to go on about men shooting in the area. She claimed she had the right to deny access to other users on public lands by blocking the trail/road. She was very adamant that we could not continue and that if I reported her that she was in the right and that I also needed to provide my name. For her to report me for moving the logs out of the roadway.

I believe she is living back there and she needs to be check upon. It's illegal to live on public lands, it's also not legal to block and close down public trails as they are open to the public.
