Homemade muffin mix No buy week #muffins

8 c. flour*
3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon

then to actually make the muffins

2 3/4 c. muffin mix
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until blended. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
