How to Make Limoncello (Italian recipe)

Refreshing Limoncello- Easy to follow recipe. This recipe is made with Everclear alcohol. Lemon peels are infused with alcohol for 3 weeks and mixed with simple syrup and let it age for another 2 weeks. Serve cold.

15 Lemons (peel only)
2 Everclear 75% proof alcohol
6 1/3 water
5 cups sugar
