Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past - Part #8 - Finding the Flippers

Generally I like to shy away from looking things up to make a game easier for myself, but in this case I did look up what I needed to do to progress so as not to waste time wandering around aimlessly. I did find out that I needed to get the flippers to advance without finding out too many of the specifics. Also, though it's been awhile, I have played and beaten this game before.
