Canon 80D Upgrade to Canon 90D or Just Switch to Sony? (Note 10 Plus)

I got a new Note 10 plus and wanted to try out recording on the phone and straight uploading from the phone with the audio straight from the mics on the phone.

I discuss and try to figure out what the best upgrade path is from having a Canon 80D.

Should I upgrade to the 90D from Canon even though they took out 24 frames per seconds.

There is also talks that their 4K is actually just 3K up sampled as opposed to getting a Sony that is 6K down sample to 4K.
