Reinventing State Legislatures to be More Reponsive to the People

Rep. Spencer Roach of Florida joined the 49th Annual ALEC Meeting in Atlanta to share ideas for how state lawmakers can be more responsive to the people. He is concerned that the increasing number of special legislative sessions is making it harder for lawmakers to do their job.
