I bungle referrals sometimes[reupload clip]

Did you ever get a referral and bungle it? Sometimes someone will give out my name to list a home or represent a buyer and there is no context behind it. Like they have no idea if I would do a good job for them because the house I was referred from isn't the same situation as the referral.
