THE CULT OF DOOMWATCH 2006 - This outstanding BBC documentary explores the mystique and intrigue surrounding the top-notch BBC TV production Doomwatch.

Those who are familiar with the series know that it explored topical scientific subjects in a fictional setting, with a team of investigators similar to The X-Files, with many of the story lines actually foretelling the future as did the novels of Jules Verne. The program became a sensation and is a "cult classic" of sorts.
