Is Marseille mCable Over-Hyped? Waiting for mClassic? (Carby to mCable / Metroid Prime)

Is Marseille Inc mCable and mClassic over-priced and over-hyped? The mClassic is on the horizon and there has been so much hype about the mCable in general.

I will say this, I do not see much difference between the $6 HDMI cable from Amazon and the mCable on my Nintendo GameCube using Insurrection Industry's Carby.

The short answer to my initial question is, "yes". The cable is overpriced and over-hyped with minimal benefit.

In this video, the focus is Metroid Prime on the Nintendo GameCube. The Metroid Prime Trilogy is phenomenal and were definitely some of the best looking games on the system. (well, 1 and 2)
