Healthy & Fresh Lemon Curd Lite Version totally Guilt free, Sugar Free, Egg Free, No Cooking Naturally sweet to straight or as topping and or filling

1 small Lemon
2 small ripe mangoes peeled and chopped up

Put chopped mangoes in a wide mouth jar, so you can use hand blender
Add the pulp & the Juice of the lemon
Blitz until smooth

Put in the fridge to firm up for about 2 hours or more
Et voila', it's ready to use as you would use the real lemon curd on toast, pancake, ice cream etc

A delicious fresh sugar less sweet treat to enjoy straight from the spoon or as topping or filling
This version contains only the natural sweetness of the mango. It's fast fresh, easy & Guilt free, Sugar Free, Egg Free, No Cooking using only raw fresh fruits full of vitamins & enzymes
