What's In His Name?

“What’s In His Name?” is the title of our devotion today, 8/12/2022, on this weekly podcast, Kneading Bread for the Master, with Karen Clymer. Scripture text: "“Behold, the virgin shall be with child and shall bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which translated means, “God with us.”” Matthew‬ ‭1:23‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬. Companion scripture where Jesus proclaimed: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; 'To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”' Luke 4:18,19.
