U.S. Army Corps of Engineers South Atlantic Division Commander Maj. Gen. Diana Holland and Charleston District Commander Lt. Col. Rachel Honderd provide an update on Corps Hurricane Dorian efforts throughout South Carolina and the region as of Sept 5.
