Bad Honey Bee Frames?

If you recoat the plastic frame where they drew the crazy comb. The bees will draw it out better. The problem is the bees will pull off the wax to put somewhere else in the hive. Once the plastic is exposed the bees will not put wax back on the plastic. If you recoat the plastic they will draw it out.
