In this session of "JKD Old Fart Friday Night" we covered how to defend yourself against an attempted tackle. I admit that I'm NOT strong enough to battle it out with Sifu Bray once he has started his motion toward my lower body, so, I'm going to retreat by slide stepping or stepping back while simultaneously applying heavy palm strikes on the back of his shoulder blades helping his descent to the ground !!!
