Star Revenge 4.9: Adulterated Reality 2 - I Can't Find the Switch Levels

I start by getting key 1 and with it I head into the second section of the game. I figured I would be able to find the cap switch levels, so I look around in course 9 and find the entrance to the blue switch. Unfortunately I cannot find a vanish cap to get through the wall blocking the way, so I look elsewhere.
