Is Hell Just?

Is Hell Just? Is it fair to punish a man for eternity for sins he committed in his short lifetime? Is justice served by sending sinners to eternal suffering? Is this what a merciful and loving God would do to His creatures? Was Origen correct? Is David Bentley Hart correct? Or are they heretics deserving the wrath of God for their destructive notions?
