Canning sweet potatoes #everybitcountschallenge

peel cut and cube sweet potatoes about 1 inch cubes
fill jars with sweet potatoes
fill with water add 1/2 tsp salt
wipe rims clean put on lids and rings finger tight.
Pressure can for 90 minutes
clean off jars remove rings and put those beauties in the pantry.
