Do Not Forget to add +exec user.cfg -devmode To Launch Options or Short Cut To Game For Mod To Work Correctly

To darken shadows you can use any e_svoTI_SSAO or r_ssdo commands to get the perfect shadows for yourself.

sys_spec_light=7 Needs to bet set to Ultra
r_DeferredShadingAreaLights = 1 Even though in system.cfg already, it needs to be in user.cfg to activate the lights when changing commands.
r_ForceAllLightsShadows = 3 Both set of game lights need to be turned on for the extra shadows
r_ShadowCastingLightsMaxCount = 48 This set to 48 for the extra shadows,try different numbers
e_ShadowsMaxTexRes = 1024 This needs to be 1024 anything higher then you will get shadow flickering.

Here is a mod which you can control weather by hotkey,better performance.With this mod sys_spec_light=4 needs to be set for flickering shadows indoors
