A Review of Proven Industries Wheel Lock or Tire Boot.

This is a detailed review of a Proven Industries wheel lock, or tire boot that I use on my converted cargo trailer camper. Before making this video we put the boot to the test to see how it would work while camping and traveling. How easy was it to install? How well did it stow away? Most importantly, how secure is it?
