How do elected Democrats not have a better answer for this question about Biden running? - 8/14/22

CNN plays clips of Democrats fumbling all over the place after being asked if President Joe Biden should run for re-election and then Brianna Keilar asks U.S. Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-(N.Y.) the same question and he can't give a straight answer.

Then everyone on the panel laughs in his face.

They know the question is coming, right? Prepare... something.
