Grounding Day 50 - slow moving

Yesterday I got something stuck in the bottom of my foot. After trying to dig it out for hours with no luck, I finally gave up. Today after all that digging my foot is a sore so I am taking it easy. Going to try another soak tonight and hopefully that helps. Good news is, I still made it out for my walk.
