Jesus and his disciples camped out on the Mount of Olives to learn from Jesus. This night, however, the disciples were especially anxious to hear what Jesus had to say since earlier that day Jesus dropped an unexpected and paradigm shattering bombshell. 1. When will these things happen?
2a. What will be the sign of Your coming,
2b. and of the end of the age?
3. Will the destruction of the temple prove God's promises to be wrong or false?
4. Will the destruction of the temple stand as a sign of the coming of Jesus? 5. Does the destruction of the temple mark the end of the age?
6. Is the coming of Jesus also the end of the age or are these two different things?
7. Why did Jesus warn his disciples about being misled?
8. What do birth pangs represent?
9. What is the significance of kingdoms rising against kingdoms?
10. Jesus' usage of time indicators? "when" or "at that time" etc.
11. Jesus' usage of the second person plural "you".
12. What is the abomination of desolation?
13. What Daniel passage talks about this?
