of work, this movement is imitating the "Coal Shoveling Championship" of who can shovel the most coal into a dumpster the fastest.

I did about 30 reps in about 30 seconds resting about 2 minutes
did the other side 2 times.

Obviously I'm using a 40 lb shovel that is going to a lot less than a shovel full of coal.
