Absurdity of where people can and can not stand on the steps according to Criminals On Patrol
I think a couple of these thugs are attracted to me due to their long lingering stares directly at me - you will see that also by thug 34360 in another video later on
Thug 34360 states where people can and can not stand which is totally absurd because of others are allowed to stand

Just miss getting hit by police motorcycle by the thinnest of margins
