Ready in less than 10 minutes, this vegan pistachio ice cream recipe is a sweet and creamy treat.

Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup of deshelled pistachios
1/4 cup of oat milk
1 tbsp of maple syrup

Directions
1. Add frozen bananas, pistachios, oat milk and maple syrup to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.
