My Longest Breath Hold Underwater

How long can you hold your breath? I just held my breath for one minute and twenty-two seconds. this is a personal record for me. If you are wondering how to hold your breath underwater for a long time it's all about practice and relaxation. I swim a lot and so I've naturally built up an ability to hold my breath longer than any other person my age. So far, this is my longest breath hold underwater. I've also added some of my old videos of me holding my breath underwater.
