New illegitimately appointed Council member Nathan Hodges, who resigned as mayor two years ago to avoid an almost certain criminal investigation over his alleged attempt to appoint his friend and patient, Mark Kipphut, to the Council, has published information on social media to misinform taxpayers about his proposed tax-rate increase.
