After religiously watching Useful Idiots, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki realized there are rumors that Joe Biden won't seek reelection, opening a path for Harris or Buttigieg.

She quickly squashed those rumors in the weakest, most qualified way she could: "Biden plans to run." "The president intends to seek reelection." "Joey maybe thinks that he might probably consider the possibility of tossing around the likely idea of a potential run." All direct quotes.
