Breathwork saved my life from depression and anxiety while sleeping on the couch approaching seperation/divorce. After 12 years, Uri Lee and I could not solve our problems together so we separated and divorced yet stayed committed to facing our dark side and take responsibility for our own issues instead of blaming and complaining what the other was doing. Let me tell you we went through a good year after fighting like it was WW3...We both used Ayahuasca & 5MEODMT to face the deeper aspects of our conditioning. Currently I AM sharing my many other tools (breath work, fasting, cold thermogenesis etc.) with her to grow together.

Uri and I are now getting along enough that we can spend time together without fighting. We are not talking about getting back together but at least we can love each other on a much deeper level and take RESPONSIBILITY on how we show up for our family and each other.
