Sauerkraut: The Unveiling!

Hi, this is Lori Fiechter in the kitchen! It has been a month, so it was time to check on my sauerkraut and put it in the refrigerator. It has been neglected, hidden away between my computer table and the piano. I never checked on it even once. I was afraid to. Afraid it might have leaked out, afraid it might have spoiled. Lots of less-than-confident expectations.

But all is well! We have a winner!

Now it is time to grill some of those brats we bought this week...
