FEDERAL LAW states no one can mandate a CoVID EUA "vaccine"
The FDA "Emergency Use Authorization" Guidance issued on May 25, 2021 states : "This does not have the force of law and is not meant to bind the public in any way... only to provide clarity. FDA guidance should be viewed only as recommendations... suggested or recommended, ... but not required."

U.S. Code - Title 21 the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act which authorizes the FDA to grant EMERGENCY USE AUTHORIZATION for an experimental drug if there are no other treatments available. It also requires that everyone must have the option to accept or refuse the EUA treatment with full and informed consent.

EUA regulations are clear: Getting these "vaccines" must be voluntary!

Likewise, the FDA's guidance on EMERGENCY USE AUTHORIZATION of medical products requires the FDA to "ensure that recipients are fully informed."

While organizations are certainly free to encourage their employees, students, and other members to be "vaccinated", federal law requires that individuals must have the option to accept or decline to be "vaccinated."

In the same vein, when Dr. Amanda Cohn, the executive secretary of the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, was asked if CoVID-19 vaccination can be required, she responded that under an EUA, "vaccines are not allowed to be mandatory. Cohn later affirmed that this prohibition on requiring the mRNA shots applies to organizations, including hospitals.

ARE THE SHOTS SAFE? ~~ ARE THEY EFFECTIVE?
Much still remains unknown about the mRNA shots
Per U.S. Code - Title 21 the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act that authorizes the FDA to grant EMERGENCY USE AUTHORIZATION also requires that all promotional material state clearly and conspicuously that "this product has not been approved or licensed by the FDA, but has been authorized for emergency use by the FDA."

There is much the FDA does not know including long-term safety from side effects, mild to severe, including auto-immune disorders, strokes, blood clotting, heart problems & death. Also we now know they are not effective against infection from subsequent variants. (See the list of deaths & injuries on the VAERS database on the CDC website.)

Even though the FDA granted EMERGENCY USE AUTHORIZATIONs for the CoVID mRNA technology injections starting December 2020, the long term clinical trials are still underway. These trials are designed to last years to collect adequate data to establish if these mRNA injections are safe and effective enough for the FDA to license them in the future.
