Evidence Summary - PPGC Trespass on City of Houston Property

After being sued by PPGC (Feb 2021) Defendant exposed various PPGC crimes, including PPGC's fence and fence shrubs trespassing on City property. PPGC then moved their fence (Nov 2021) but left their fence shrubs on City property. After PPGC accused Defendant of trespass, Defendant hired a professional land surveyor (July 2022) to show that the only trespass was and remains, by PPGC.
