Interrogation: Greenville County Sheriff Will Lewis

Greenville County Sheriff Will Lewis was indicted on charges of misconduct in office and obstruction of justice, according to court documents filed Tuesday.

Lewis' indictment comes after a seven-month investigation into sexual assault allegations made by a former Greenville County Sheriff's office employee in a lawsuit filed in October.

The 40-page lawsuit filed on behalf of Savanah Nabors chronicles her relationship with Lewis during her employment with the Sheriff’s Office from December 2016 to May 2017.
