The August 12, 2022 Roblox A Universal Summer Time Update is huge! Massive map change, many new stands and bosses, and several stands got reworked.

Weather Report is a new, Legendary Requiem Stand. How to get Weather Report? You need to get a Requiem Arrow, which is a drop obtained by defeating the Diavolo Boss. Whoever gets the last hit on Diavolo will get an item, which has about a 1 in 3 chance of being a Requiem Arrow. If you use the Requiem Arrow item on yourself, you have a 50/50 chance of getting either the Weather Report Stand or White Snake. In this first try of mine using the Requiem Arrow, I got Weather Report!
