Jeremy Little and Jimmy Buffett are the headliners as the Segue City Special pulls out of the station today. Jeremy is reprising a song that has been around since 1939 with that little movie about a Wizard living in the Emerald City (which certainly wasn't then nor isn't now Seattle) while Jimmy is just fulfilling contractual obligations - something we know all about - that's what we're doing right here, right now...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
